A Sampler Quilt with Daiva

Article from: Archive - Workshop

Samplers are a great way to learn new techniques but traditionally they are pretty boring.  Well Daiva’s sampler quilt is anything but boring! Every quilt will be different, not just because of colour but due to the endless ways to arrange the many varied blocks when you are finished. It’s a fabulous opportunity to learn new techniques or brush up your existing skills. The Sampler quilt series of workshops will cover both machine and hand piecing, set-in corners, appliqué (needle-turn if you wish), along with various other techniques including curved, foundation and English paper piecing, with lots of nifty tips and tricks along the way.

Daiva is a quilter of thirty years and she brings with her lots of knowledge to pass on to you. Her classes are always great fun and she always on hand to offer help with colour selection and arrangement of your final blocks.  We promise you will look forward to these classes every month.
